Nest Milk Rapadura Recipe

Our recipe of the day is a delicious Ninho milk brown sugar, perfect for those days when we are dying to eat a sweet, but with few ingredients at home or without much time to spend in the kitchen.

This super easy recipe takes only four ingredients and is a delicious cut candy that can be served as a dessert in everyday life or on the table at birthday parties.

Ingredients for making Nest Milk Rapadura:

 250 grams of sugar

 60 milliliters of whole milk

 100 grams of Nest milk

 ½ tablespoon of butter

How to make Rapadura de milk Nest:

Separate the ingredients of this recipe for white rapadura, which are only 4: sugar, whole milk, Nest milk and butter.

In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar and butter.

Place over low heat and stir until it starts to boil and comes off the bottom of the pan, as shown in the photo.

Pour in the powdered milk all at once and mix well until incorporated.

Continue cooking and when it becomes creamy and uniform as in the photo below, turn off the heat.

Place this Ninho dulce de leche still warm on a buttered serving dish. Spread well and smooth with a spatula or the back of a spoon.

Wait until it gets warm and cut the Ninho milk sugarcane into squares. Now just enjoy!
